In a recent study of 1000 employers, 81% of those surveyed believed that their perception of a person’s management ability is directly affected by the quality of the person’s participation in meetings. Compliance-Alliance presents an interactive session to build skills and practice techniques to make the participant more effective in the workplace, and increase chances for promotion.
During every meeting, each person is sending a message about who he/she is, what the person’s abilities are, and how much influence the person has. During the session, the instructor will provide ten concrete techniques that will improve the attendees’ ability to persuade others to pursue a particular course of action in a meeting. Then during a mock meeting, participants will be given a personal agenda, and have the opportunity to try the techniques and get feedback.
